Check out the Guardian's new chalkboards

What a cool idea. Now when you're arguing with your mates whether or not Lucas Leiva really is crap, you can fire up the chalkboard to show that most of his distribution in the Wigan game was in the form of back-passes to Skrtel and Carragher, and that he was relatively ineffective in tackling.

Certainly one of the best football analysis ideas I've seen in a while.

  1. in case anybody hasn't, you really should check this out. it seems sort of boring at first, but you honestly can get into fm-style time gaps just searching player stats for games you watched, figuring out that hunch you had about a player's performance was eaxctly right, or seeing that a guy y ou wrote off actually did pretty well and produced some good plays.
